Wholesale order quantities: 50, 100 and larger runs
50+ decks: select projects using existing Empire deck shapes may qualify for smaller runs. 100+ decks: a typical starting point for custom manufacturing. Fully custom molds, unusual constructions and large repeat programs are quoted according to the actual project. These are starting guidelines, not guaranteed minimums for every combination.

North American maple, natural and dyed veneer
Every Empire skateboard deck is cold-pressed, not heat-pressed. Our production uses North American hard maple. Ask about natural or dyed veneer, seven- or eight-ply constructions, and the finish your customer or printer needs. Dyed combinations depend on current stock, lead time and the approved layup.
Empire also sells skateboard veneer and supplies blanks for buyers who want to handle later production stages themselves.
Private-label skateboard decks and wholesale graphics
Have an established brand or starting a new one? We can review heat-transfer graphics and other suitable finishing options as part of the production quote. Multiple artwork designs and widths can be possible, but each graphic split may require additional preparation or setup.
