A skateboard factory.
From hard maple veneer to pressed uncuts, finished blanks, and printed production runs, the work shown here is real Empire production. This is where the material becomes the deck.
Maple comes in. Skateboards go out.
Empire has been built around hands-on skateboard manufacturing since 2011. The process is not hidden behind stock photography: pallets of veneer, loaded molds, fresh uncuts, finishing racks, and completed graphics are all part of the same production floor.

The last step should look as good as the first one was built.
Finished customer work belongs on the factory page because it closes the loop. The same decks that begin as veneer can leave Empire as polished blanks or completed graphic runs.

One shop can support more than one kind of customer.
Some customers need finished branded decks. Others need print-ready blanks, raw veneer, tooling, prototype support, or a repeatable production path. The manufacturing capability behind those products is what connects the Empire ecosystem.
Stock-shape and custom skateboard production, sample development, graphics planning, and repeat orders.
Veneer, blanks, molds, tooling, and factory-direct materials for people building their own products.
Real skateboard construction translated into hands-on building systems, classroom supplies, and refill materials.
