Why Our Uncut Decks Stand Out:

• Hand-Selected Veneers: We sort every sheet to ensure only the highest-quality wood is used. Core-grade plies are arranged so any natural inclusions fall outside your cut line, keeping your deck’s edge rails crisp and flawless. No voids, no weak spots — just strong, lasting boards.

• Perfect Glue Application: Our glue spreader machine applies the ideal amount of Shred Sauce skateboard glue, with a slight excess around the perimeter to eliminate any chance of delamination.

• High-Pressure Pressing: Decks press under 100+ tons of pressure in a climate-controlled press room, with temperature and humidity carefully managed for optimal curing.

• Extended Curing: After pressing, decks cure for at least 2 weeks in a separate climate-controlled room. Moisture content is tested frequently to guarantee decks meet our stringent standards before release.

• Optional CNC Drilling: If you choose drilled uncuts, each deck is precisely CNC-drilled using a jig with markers and pins, ensuring perfect alignment based on years of R&D.
